The Plant Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment in a plant environment, ensuring efficient operations. These positions require shift work and rotating shift (12 hours).\n****THESE POSITIONS ARE LOCATED IN AURORA, NC*****\nWhat you will do:\nMixing and blending dry/liquid fertilizer & calculate blend sheets\nHandle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing of dry/liquid fertilizer\nCompliance with all Safety, Environmental and Operating Standards\nCompetent operation of all dry/liquid plant systems\nMeasure bulk tanks, loading and offloading bulk tanks\nMaintain and accounts for inventory\nEngage in Preventative Maintenance Program on equipment\nOther duties as assigned by department\nWhat you will bring:\nForklift and Loader operating experience\nSelf-starter with a strong work ethic and proven track record of delivering on commitments\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills\nStrong customer service skills\nBasic computer skills required\nGood attendance required\nValid Driver’s License\nThe estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent the true compensation structure offered.\nA commitment to safety is required for our positions.
