You will work on supporting business data circuits, SDWAN Networks, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and you will learn, design and deliver various custom-managed services. This is a Full-Time 100% Remote opportunity.\n\nNo travel to customer locations is required.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorking with customers to resolve any service problems: SDWAN, Internet,\nUnderstanding of basic LAN configurations (Routers / Firewalls) and Microsoft operation systems\nHandling new customer-managed service provisioning support functions Interfacing with vendors to resolve support issues\nOwning support issues from start to finish\nKeeping customers happy with superior support and a level head\n-going the extra mile\nTrain and assist other engineers with complex issues\nWhat you'll need for success:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent\n3-5 years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment\nCCNA and CCNP certification is desirable\nCommand line experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper\nFirewall configuration experience (e.g. Fortinet)\nUnderstanding and experience with BGP, OSPF, and VRRP\nExperience with basic routers/firewalls and NAT (Network Address Translation)\nExperience with COS/QOS\nExperience with designing networks\nSOC2 knowledge and understanding\nExcellent organization skills and attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task assignments and follow process flow are required\nMust have excellent communication and analytical skills to understand and resolve customer issues effectively.
