This role serves as a pivotal partner to Practice leadership, championing initiatives that cultivate workforce engagement, promote holistic well-being, and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levels.The Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive organizational excellence, foster collaboration, and create engagement across the campus.In this capacity, the Director actively collaborates with key stakeholders to identify emerging workforce trends, design and implement innovative programs, and ensure alignment with the organization's core values and strategic objectives. Leveraging advanced workforce analytics, the Director informs decision making and measures the impact of culture initiatives, continuously refining approaches to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.By integrating data-driven methodologies and creative interventions, the Director ensures a proactive response to evolving organizational needs, driving transformation and establishing Rochester Practice as an employer of choice committed to a positive and high-performing work environment.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in leadership, including supervisory roles. Demonstrated expertise in analytics, employee engagement, and leadership capability building. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills.
