This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality products while maintaining compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nOperate powder blending equipment from loading through unloading.\nWeigh and blend raw materials according to manufacturing instructions.\nAccurately document weights, batch numbers, lot numbers, and quality checks.\nComplete manufacturing paperwork and production records.\nPerform daily quality checks and follow all cGMP requirements.\nClean blending equipment, production rooms, and supporting machinery.\nPerform basic inventory and MRP transactions.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nSupport food safety and quality initiatives in accordance with SQF standards.\nReport any quality, food safety, or workplace safety concerns.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nManufacturing or blending experience preferred but not required.\nAbility to perform basic math calculations.\nAbility to read scales and accurately weigh ingredients.\nAbility to read, write, and communicate in English.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nReliable attendance and willingness to follow established procedures.\nPhysical Requirements:\nRegularly lift up to 50 pounds.\nStand and walk for extended periods.\nPerform repetitive movements and maintain full range of motion.\nWork in a manufacturing environment requiring personal protective equipment (PPE).\nWhy Join Pharmatech?\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) plan with company match.\nPaid Time Off.\nPaid Holidays.\nProfessional development and training opportunities.\nPharmatech Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
