This role provides hands-on leadership across multiple production areas and plays a key role in driving safety, efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.\n\nASSA ABLOY is growing, and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team!\n\nLearn more about us here: https://www.assaabloy.com/group/en/about-us\n\nWhat would you do as our Operations Supervisor?\nYou’ll oversee daily production operations for a 30+ person team, lead continuous improvement efforts, and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time.\n\nYou would also:\n\nLead production operations across frame manufacturing, door frames, door modification, and welding cells\nMaximize productivity while minimizing waste and inefficiencies\nEnsure on-time delivery and high-quality output\nPlan and schedule resources to meet production goals\nDrive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives\nTrain, coach, and develop team members to support flexibility and growth\nMaintain safe equipment, tools, and work environments\nImplement quality control standards and corrective actions\nCollaborate with leadership to execute operational strategies and budgets\nSpecial assignments as assigned\n\nThe Skills and Experience You Need:\n\nHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred\n5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience in metal forming or similar manufacturing environments preferred\nExposure to lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills\nERP system experience preferred\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nWhat we offer!\nWe believe in creating opportunities and providing benefits that empower you to grow, thrive, and build a rewarding lifelong career with us.
