The Therapist’s primary purpose is to provide assessment, counseling, care coordination and facilitate effective therapeutic interventions on a foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship with their assigned clients. Performance will be measured by your individual outcomes, achieving your individual targets/goals, your contribution to your overall program team/department and your buy-in to the culture of the organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesDisplay individual proficiency and effectiveness in the roleBe punctual, arrive on time, and preparedLearn and utilize the organization’s systems, processes and procedures as instructed Display a high degree of being open to coaching/feedback regarding performance and areas of improvementContribute to a positive team culture through your actions, attitude, and communication Consistently deliver excellent customer service to your clients/customers Conduct yourself in the highest standards of ethics and integrity while displaying emotional intelligence in your day-to-day work with customers, peers, and leadershipRepresent the organization internally and externally through your communication and conductDisplay trauma informed practices and principles in your interactions with customers, with peers and with leadershipProvide individual, group and family counseling adhering to the frequency, intensity and treatment modality indicated Ensure documentation meets all internal and external quality and regulatory standardsWhen needed, represent the needs and recommendations of the client during internal and external stakeholder meetingsProvide assessment, treatment planning and case management as needed for your clientsPursue and become credentialed in evidence based best practices and adhere to those models when appropriate Meet or exceed productivity standards set within your department Other duties as assignedRequirementsWhat qualifications do you need?Must have a valid Driver's License and meet any credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as it pertains to the department you are in. Master's degree in human services related field requiredAssociate, provisional license or Fully licensed LMFT, LCMHC or LCSW requiredA minimum of 1 years of relevant professional experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite application software, excellent written and oral communication skills. Provisional or fully licensed to practice therapy in North Carolina (depending on specific program).Physical RequirementsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
