Paralegal – Bankruptcy & Restructuring (Chapter 11 Focus)Multiple Am Law 100 Offices | Hybrid FlexibilityAre you a Bankruptcy Paralegal who thrives in complex Chapter 11 environments?We’re partnering with an Am Law 100 firm to identify a Senior Paralegal who brings deep experience supporting sophisticated Chapter 11 restructurings and high-profile debtor and creditor-side matters.This is a role for someone who operates at a high level—owning the details, anticipating needs, and driving momentum across large, complex cases.Where You’ll Make an Impact:Manage active involvement in Chapter 11 cases from petition through confirmationDraft and prepare critical filings including first-day motions, disclosure statements, DIP financing materials, and fee applicationsCoordinate and execute CM/ECF filings across multiple jurisdictions with precisionSupport attorneys on §363 sales, restructuring transactions, and exit financingsMaintain and track complex case dockets, deadlines, and court calendarsPrepare hearing binders, exhibits, and trial materials for high-stakes proceedingsConduct detailed research via PACER and court dockets, summarizing key developments for legal teamsServe as a trusted point of contact across attorneys, clients, trustees, and court personnel What Sets You Apart:5+ years of experience in bankruptcy & restructuring within a top-tier law firmDemonstrated experience supporting complex Chapter 11 matters (debtor and/or creditor side)Strong command of U.S. Bankruptcy Court procedures, filings, and timelinesExperience with DIP financings, §363 transactions, and large-scale case managementAbility to operate with precision, urgency, and sound judgment in high-pressure environmentsAdvanced proficiency with CM/ECF, PACER, and document management systems (iManage preferred)Why This Opportunity:Join a nationally recognized Am Law 100 Bankruptcy practiceWork on high-profile, complex restructurings and transactionsBe part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and excellenceCompetitive compensation + strong long-term career trajectory
