Bilingual (English & Spanish). Shift: Administrative and according to business needs. Experience in: Automation environment. Electrical design, PLC Controller and HMI programming skills. Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis. Software Development. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Generation and update user and design Delta V programming document. Generation and execution of the testing protocol. Configuration and development of DeltaV control system software (control modules, equipment modules, phase modules and recipes. Assure automated systems operations are maintained considering Plant policies, procedures and FDA regulations under cGMP’s. Tests automated system to determine critical of component loss prioritizes importance of components and writes recommendations. Adheres to data integrity and system security applicable practices under these situations. Prepare operational qualification assessments to support that validated critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters. Support the evaluation of Change Controls to establish qualification assessments and performance qualification requirements. Support the periodic review of equipment/system qualifications studies.
