This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about health and wellness.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and check in members with a warm, positive attitudeDeliver exceptional customer service and build genuine relationshipsEducate prospective members on memberships, promotions, and studio offeringsAssist with sales and membership sign-ups (including Founding Memberships)Maintain studio cleanliness and organization (lobby, retail, locker areas)Support class transitions and ensure a seamless member experienceAnswer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with schedulingPromote studio events, classes, and community engagementHandle transactions and maintain accurate records
