Senior Project Manager – Doors, Frames & Hardware📍 Location: Phoenix, AZ El Paso, TX or Tacoma, WA (relocation assistance available)Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager (SPM) to join their leadership team. As a key driver of project success, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality doors, frames, and hardware projects ensuring profitability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.You’ll serve as a mentor, problem solver, and strategic partner, balancing client needs, team development, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoLead and EmpowerBuild, mentor, and manage a high-performing project team with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and team development initiatives.Deliver Exceptional ProjectsManage complex projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely execution.Create and maintain project scopes, budgets, and schedules, with proactive communication to clients and executives.Manage a monthly billing portfolio of $1.5–$2 million.Oversee site coordination, verify site walks, audit project paperwork, and track project write-ups for accuracy and timeliness.Drive Process ExcellenceDevelop and improve project management procedures and KPIs to optimize workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.Lead change management efforts, address project challenges, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.Partner Across TeamsServe as the key liaison between clients, general contractors, architects, and internal departments.Communicate project forecasts, risk assessments, and progress reports to executive leadership.Ensure Compliance and SafetyOversee adherence to all compliance standards, safety programs, and quality control requirements.Coordinate product approvals, lead times, and installation readiness.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.5 plus years of proven experience in construction or project management.Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a focus on accountability and team development.Ability to read and interpret construction documents and architectural plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Agility (or similar project management tools).Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
