IT Project Management Specialist

IT Project Management Specialist Our client, a business solutions provider, is looking for an IT Project Management Specialist to work in Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX. For the right candidate, remote work is available.Responsibilities: Track project progress, coordinate test, data, track hours, and publish updates.Develop and manage project assignments through completion; communicate results; make recommendations to management; and ensure process compliance/oversight.Identify required resources; research project data, procedures and history for a thorough understanding of project direction.Generate and analyze statistical data reports.Develop, prepare and manage project plans through completion.Communicate activity progress to involved parties. Resolve issues that arise involving stakeholders, when appropriate.Transition program to management personnel.Participate in oral presentations.Develop and provide training as needed.Ensure required release materials are completed.Administer company personnel policies in all areas and follow company staffing standards and training recommendations.Interview, hire and establish colleague performance development plans; conduct colleague performance discussions.Provide support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.Requirements: Good project management experienceHands-on currently and ability to manage multiple projects as sole PMSelf-starter, self-motivated who have done complex projectsExperience working in Waterfall methodologyBI/DW or/and Server/DB Upgrade Project ManagementKnowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skillsGood documentation skillExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsAnalytical and interpretive skillsGood interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree with major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.Why Should You Apply?
