You will work closely with manufacturing, tooling, and cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept through production.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign mechanical components and assemblies for tooling and farming equipment using 3D CAD software\nDevelop sheet metal designs optimized for fabrication, assembly, and long-term durability\nCreate detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation\nApply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles\nCollaborate with manufacturing and tooling teams to support prototypes and production launches\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and cost reduction\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)\nExperience with 3D modeling and product design software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar)\nProven experience designing mechanical products, preferably for tooling, machinery, or agricultural equipment\nStrong knowledge of sheet metal design and manufacturing processes\nAbility to interpret and create detailed technical drawings\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nNice to Have\nExperience designing equipment for harsh or outdoor environments\nFamiliarity with CNC fabrication, welding, or forming processes\nExposure to prototype builds and shop-floor support\nWhy Join Us\nWork on real-world equipment used in agricultural and industrial environments\nHands-on engineering role with direct manufacturing impact\nStable, growing organization with long-term product focus\nApply today to be part of a team designing high-quality equipment built to perform.
