CPI manages retrofit projects within operational data center spaces, tasked with critical infrastructure improvement projects to optimize utilization of space, power, and cooling within operational data centers around the globe. These activities are outside the scope of standard construction delivery and regular preventative maintenance tasks.\r\nThe Program Manager will provide essential operational and administrative support to CPI Project Managers by managing vendor onboarding, access and compliance workflows, financial tracking, tool administration, and closeout enforcement. This role ensures the CPI team operates efficiently and maintains high standards of execution across all administrative functions.\r\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, has a bias for action, and can independently manage multiple administrative workstreams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who is comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders to drive process compliance and remove barriers for project delivery teams.\r\nKey job responsibilitiesVendor Onboarding & Access ManagementManage end-to-end vendor onboarding including documentation, system setup, and badge/access requests across data center facilities\r\nMonitor training compliance and submit Door Masking/SGR tickets, escalating issues to project managers\r\nFinancial & Procurement SupportFollow up on CAR approvals, contract approvals, and PO issues to maintain project schedules\r\nTroubleshoot invoicing discrepancies and track PO utilization by coordinating with Finance, Procurement, and DCSP teams\r\nTool Administration & Data QualityCreate and configure Procore project shells, manage user access, and conduct regular data quality checks\r\nTrack warehouse inventory (receipts, distribution, reconciliation) and collect inputs for business reviews\r\nSLA Enforcement & ComplianceMonitor and enforce MCM and closeout action plan SLA targets, tracking submissions and execution timelines\r\nGenerate weekly compliance reports and mandate at-risk items to project managers\r\nBasic QualificationsHigh school or equivalent\r\n2+ years of program or project coordination/administration experience\r\n2+ years of experience working in construction, data center, or critical infrastructure environments\r\nExperience with vendor management and onboarding workflows\r\nProficiency in project management tools (Procore, Smartsheet, or similar)\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)\r\nPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field\r\nExperience with Amazon internal tools (MCM, Procore, ARIBA, COUPA, or similar procurement systems)\r\nKnowledge of data center security protocols and access management systems\r\nExperience supporting construction project closeout processes\r\nFamiliarity with PO lifecycle management and invoice reconciliation\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines\r\nAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.\r\nOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
