We invest in our employees’ personal and professional development, empowering them to learn, grow, and reach their maximum potential.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nManage projects and delegate responsibilities and tasks as assigned\nManage a certain amount of Net Revenue Performed and a percentage of Profit of Net Revenue Performed\nAssist and implement site layout grading, drainage, site utilities, including design of force mains, leachate collection systems, landfill gas collection systems, storm water management and erosion and sediment control.\nSolid waste engineering design and permitting (landfills, transfer stations and recycling facilities)\nPrepare technical reports such as operating plans, CQA reports, and permit applications\nCollect air and water monitoring samples\nAnalyze technical data\nReport writing\nImplement logic and creativity in design issues\nEffective communication with colleagues and superiors\nUse of computer-aided design (AutoCAD) packages to design projects\nConstruction observation and documentation\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor of Science in Civil, Geological or Environmental Engineering required\n8+ years of professional experience in civil or environmental engineering, preferably with a focus on solid waste projects\nProficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred\nProficiency in MS Word and Excel.\nEIT/P.E. license preferred\nExcellent written and oral communication skills to include proposal writing and reporting\nExperience in Rational, SCS hydrological analysis or other storm water analysis preferred\nExperience with State and Municipal projects a plus\nTravel will be required\nValid Driver's license required\n\nFrom its inception in 1991, Weaver Consultants Group has been founded upon the tenets of attentive and responsive customer service, strong project management, and solid internal financial controls.
