You have strong product instincts, operate with high agency, and care deeply about shipping meaningful outcomes.\r\nIf you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning problems end-to-end, we'd love to talk.\r\nWhat You'll Work On:Own high-impact initiatives from concept through production.\r\nDesign and build scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend experiences.\r\nPrototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback and business impact.\r\nMove fluidly across different parts of the stack as company needs evolve.\r\nImprove engineering quality and velocity through thoughtful use of AI tooling.\r\nContribute to architectural decisions and help raise the bar across engineering.\r\nWhat We're Looking For:4+ years of professional software engineering experience.\r\nExperience as a founder, or as an early engineer at a startup.\r\nStrong product sense and a track record of shipping meaningful features or products.\r\nAI native workflow: you actively use LLMs and modern coding agents to meaningfully increase leverage.\r\nAbility to work across multiple stacks without rigid specialization.\r\nStrong systems design fundamentals and comfort owning production systems.\r\nHigh agency, strong judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity.\r\nClear communication and low-ego collaboration.\r\nPlease include GitHub, side projects, demos, or write-ups of products you've built.
