Working across platforms like ServiceNow and broader automation technologies (RPA, AI, hyperautomation), you ensure solutions are both technically sound and aligned to business needs.You will collaborate closely with the Service Product Lead and Manager to manage the end-to-end intake and delivery process, from requirements and planning through to testing and final sign-off, ensuring transparency and strong stakeholder engagement throughout.By simplifying complexity and bridging business and technical teams, you drive efficient delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions that meet customer needs first time.
