Early Learning Teacher
Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our educational staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational setting. This role involves nurturing young minds through lesson plans and creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages growth and development for all.
Responsibilities of Teachers
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Wi educational standards and meets the needs of the children in each classroom.
Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all children.
Communicate well with students, parents, and other staff members to ensure a well-rounded approach to education.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust learning goals accordingly to reach learning outcomes.
Maintain a safe and well organized classroom conducive to learning.
Foster love, care, and overall safety of the children.
Creating a caring environment for the children to learn and grow in.
Meeting all basic needs of the children.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field; or completion/willing to complete the Wi DCF courses to become assistant/lead qualified.
Ability to pass a federal level background check mandated by Wi DCF.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, families, and coworkers.
