The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining pad printing equipment to ensure high-quality printing on ABS plastic helmets. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining production efficiency. If you have never run a pad printer before, that's no problem. We will train our technicians on our specific equipment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSet up and adjust pad printing machines according to job specifications.\nPrepare inks, pads, clichés, and other necessary materials for printing operations.\nOperate pad printing machines to produce high-quality prints on ABS plastic.\nInspect printed products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues with printing equipment.\nPerform routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of pad printing machines.\nMaintain accurate records of production runs, maintenance, and material usage.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.\nCollaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.\nWHAT MATTERS MOST\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality.\nPrevious experience as a Pad Printing Press Operator or in a similar role preferred.\nKnowledge of pad printing equipment, inks, and substrates.\nStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical specifications.\nBasic computer skills for record-keeping and machine programming.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.\nExperience with color mixing and ink formulation.\nFamiliarity with various printing techniques and manufacturing processes.\nExcellent vision.\nSCHEDULE AND BENEFITS\nFull time M-F day shift, no nights, no weekends\nGenerous PTO and paid holiday package\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Disability benefits\n401k with employer match\nIf you have a keen eye for detail, strong technical abilities, and experience in pad printing, we encourage you to apply and become a valued member of our team!\nThe information provided in this job description is designed to provide the general nature and level of work performed by employees within the job classification.
