In this role, you will report to the Optics Coating Supervisor.\r\nYou Will Make an Impact By:\r\nPerforming coating operations of incoming parts, materials, components, and document results.\r\nCoordinating the collection and disposition of coated material.\r\nDetermining or assisting in determining methods, sequences, and procedures necessary for coating/inspection.\r\nWorking from written procedures, drawings, sketches, and specifications.\r\nPerforming inspection/spectroscopy measurements where necessary.\r\nSkills You Bring:\r\nCompletion of high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred\r\nOne or more years of related experience.\r\nExperience using inspection tools and devices such as calipers, micrometers, microscope, height gauges, UV/VIS, Ellipsometer, Scratch dig standards, etc.\r\nExperience performing per-coat/post coat inspection, cleaning, handling, and packaging optics\r\nKnowledge of coating and vacuum systems, thin film deposition tools\r\nPhysical Demands and Working Conditions:\r\nPerform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time\r\nOccasionally moves/positions objects up to 35 lbs.\r\nRegularly requires manual dexterity and coordination of objects below, at, and above shoulder level.\r\nCompensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Range: $22.50 - 37.50 USD Hourly. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
