Here are the details on this position.\n\nYour role in our mission\nDesign your career for growth, new possibilities and refining your valuable skills.\n\nCodes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs.\n\nAssists in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end‑user.\n\nGathers information from the system, analyzes program and time requirements, and prepares documentation to change existing programs.\n\nResearches and analyzes existing systems and program requirements, under periodic supervision.\n\nDesigns programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs.\n\nWrites specifications for programs of low to moderate complexity.\n\nAssists in resolving production support problems.\n\nDevelops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.\n\nDevelops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Identifies issues as appropriate.\n\nCreates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.\n\nConducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.\n\nRemains abreast of and research industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\n3+ years of applications design/development and programming with C, Oracle, and SQL in a Unix/Linux environment.\n\nPrevious healthcare systems experience is highly desired.\n\nExperience with the full software development life cycle.\n\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills for the design, creation and testing of programs.\n\nWhat you should expect in this role\n\nHybrid role in Georgia or 100% telecommute – anywhere in the USA.\n\nWill telecommute/work from home in Georgia, but some onsite may be required in Tucker, GA at the manager’s request (up to 10% onsite).\n\nWill also consider out of state applicants who can work remotely 100%.\n\nOpportunities to travel through your work (0-10%).\n\nWillingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.\n\nVideo cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.\n\nThe deadline to submit applications for this posting is July 3, 2026.\n\nThe pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
