As a Process Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line and equipment. Your primary goal will be to maintain and improve the quality of our products through the use of statistical process control and root-cause analytical techniques. You will also be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, machine set-up, and troubleshooting production equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. This is a Monday - Friday Position.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience\n2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with statistical process control and root-cause analytical techniques\nExperience with PLC's and other production control systems\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field\nExperience with Lean Manufacturing principles\nExperience with Six Sigma methodologies\nResponsibilities:\nMonitor and control the production line using PLC's and other control systems to ensure product quality and consistency\nPerform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues\nPerform preventive maintenance and machine set-up to minimize downtime and maximize productivity\nCollaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues\nMaintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance\nSkills:\nAs a Process Control Technician, you will use your expertise in process control, statistical process control, and PLC's to ensure the efficient operation of our production line and equipment. You will also use your skills in root-cause analytical techniques, preventive maintenance, and machine set-up to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics will be essential in maintaining accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
