Our culture is collaborative, driven, and focused on doing meaningful work that creates real value.\r\nWhat you'll do\r\nRepresent DataServ/xFact in a positive manner to colleagues, customer base and vendors\r\nBecome familiar with DataServ/xFact policies and procedures, updating documentation when needed\r\nWork with Account Executives to develop and design appropriate solutions\r\nWork on the design, implementation and support of Compute and Infrastructure solutions\r\nDevelop detailed quotes, drawings, Engagement Agreements and Scope of Work documents\r\nFunction as a liaison between Sales and Project implementation teams\r\nInteract with manufacturer, vendor, and distribution representatives in support of the sales process.\r\nManage sales quote requests to ensure they are completed within acceptable timeframes\r\nImplement effective workflow and embrace best practices\r\nEffectively collaborate with team to automate workflows and processes.\r\nCoordinate and participate in internal and customer meetings, driving solutions and providing follow up\r\nParticipate in customer sales calls, demonstrations, and project meetings\r\nDevelop and deliver sales presentations in conjunction with Sales team\r\nPerform assessments and site surveys to determine appropriate recommendations for customers\r\nManage internal and external communication processes and activities\r\nCreate and review site survey feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience\r\nProvide timely, efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers as applicable\r\nAdvise leadership about situations that may require additional support or escalation\r\nCoordinate work and resources with other teams including, but not limited to, surveys, assessments, etc.\r\nProvide redundancy and backup support for other team members\r\nLead by example, inspiring other team members and being a supportive team member to others\r\nInnovate and be open to change, actively researching new technologies\r\nUp to 20% travel may be required throughout southwest Ohio\r\nAll other duties as assigned\r\nWhat we require\r\nEducation\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science; or related professional experience in design, implementation, and management of IT systems\r\nExperience\r\nFive years' experience in the design, implementation and/or management of IT systems including networking, wireless, telephony and server systems. Experience in video security, physical security and/or cybersecurity desirable.\r\nExperience in help desk support and/or pre-sales network design preferred\r\nSkills\r\nExperience with technology manufacturers (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, HPE, Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo) preferred\r\nNetworking and/or Compute certifications preferred\r\nAdditional advanced certifications, certificates, and/or technical trainings as assigned\r\nAvailability to work nights and weekends as needed\r\nTravel to various company and customer sites as necessary\r\nMeet physical demands of the position including the ability to lift and handle up to 45 pounds of materials, bend, stoop and stretch as required for placement and retrieval of materials or equipment on shelving with or without reasonable accommodation.\r\nAdditional proficiencies we seek\r\nDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both collaborative team and customer-facing environments\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams\r\nCandidates are required to complete a drug test and background check\r\nMust currently reside in Central or Southern Ohio\r\nWhy you will love us\r\nWe care.
