Job Summary:The Human Resources Manager will have a passion for serving TRIUN3 clients by providing human capital management in the areas of employee administration, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, wellness, performance management. The HR Manager is a key member of the HR team serving both as the primary HR contact for assigned clients. This role combines strategic HR consulting with hands-on implementation, ensuring that client organizations have the tools, systems, and guidance they need to foster engaged, compliant, and high-performing teams.Responsibilities:·       Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned client organizations, providing HR guidance, support, and solutions in areas such as onboarding, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.·       Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with client objectives ·       Provide administrative leadership to the human resources management system (HRMS) ·       Ensure client HR practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws across multiple jurisdictions.·       Advise client leadership teams on policy development, employee engagement, and organizational culture.·       Maintain accurate client HR documentation, records, and compliance reports.·       Deliver HR training, resources, and communications to client teams as needed.·       Perform annual compensation and benefits evaluation as well as facilitate renewal and open enrollment process, seeking opportunities to optimize cost while offering a competitive comp & benefits package ·       Perform systems / process evaluation, recommend, and implement enhancements where appropriate to continually improve departmental efficiency to enable scale ·       Manage HR vendor contracts, relationships, and other key external partners ·       Prepare reports and analysis as requested ·       Support recruitment and onboarding for internal TRIUN3 positions.·       Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee and client interactions.·       Other duties as assigned Requirements:·       Minimum bachelor’s degree required. ·       PHR or SHRM certification strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).·       At least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state HR management.·       Wiliness to travel (approximately 10%) to and spend time at client locations based on client needs. ·       In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices·       Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.·       Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of others·       Proven employee relations skills with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and effectively manage conflict.·       Strong morals, ethics, and sound judgment aligned with TRIUN3’s vision and mission.·       Strong process and systems mindset to drive scalable HR initiatives·       Excellent time management and attention to detail·       Ability to multi-task effectively.·       Customer service mentality for both internal and external stakeholders·       Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment·       In state and out of state travel to client sites is required as needed
