Wright Implement is searching for qualified individuals for the purpose of selling new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRepresents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area\nMaintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership\nMonitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly\nMaintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management\nKnows and follows a defined sales process\nMaintains assigned company vehicles and equipment\nConducts new equipment field demonstrations\nMonitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management\nMaintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods\nAttends applicable sales training events/seminars\nMay maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes\n\nExperience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:\n1+ years equipment sales experience\nKnowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred\nAbility to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions\nAbility to work flexible hours\nExcellent customer relationship skills\nAbility to analyze and interpret basic sales reports\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience\n\nWright Implement is an equal-opportunity employer.
