This team builds and maintains the highly distributed, resilient, reliable, and secure SSO ecosystem. A candidate that succeeds in this team (and at ICE in general) should be collaborative, take ownership of their work, and be open-minded to learn from others and from failures.\r\nOn the technical side, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Java development, have experience with front-end development using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS & React, and have experience developing or interfacing with relational databases such as Oracle or Postgres. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively and maintain good transparency on project status, and is expected to interact with clients, quality assurance, and project/product management.\r\nKnowledge and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science with 3+ years of Java development experience, or master's degree with 1+ years of Java development experience\r\nExposure to design and system architecture concepts\r\nFamiliarity with common design and architectural principles\r\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment\r\nAbility to work with moderate supervision and under pressure\r\nGood communication skills\r\nExperience with web-based development using HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, React/Redux and NodeJS\r\nCore Java/Java collections\r\nRelational databases\r\nPerformance tuning, debugging, and memory profiling\r\nUnit, integration, and end-to-end tests\r\nKnowledge of UNIX command and tools\r\nFamiliarity with SSO standards such as SAML/OAuth/OpenID Connect\r\nModern browser cookie management and debugging experience\r\nPreferred Knowledge and Experience\r\nFinancial services experience\r\nExperience with Kafka\r\nMulti-threaded server-side development and Java concurrency\r\nCross-browser development and troubleshooting experience\r\nIntercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
