:Reporting to the Regional President, the Market Leader is responsible for leading a multi-disciplined BMO Private Wealth team consisting of client-facing wealth professionals specializing in banking, investments, trust and sales in the Ottawa region. The Market Leader is a member of the Private Wealth leadership team and plays a critical role in advancing the Private Wealth strategy.The Market Leader leads a high performing team of wealth professionals who help high net worth clients achieve their financial goals. The Market Leader is accountable for accelerating growth within their market with a focus on business development, sales leadership, coaching, and fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and excitement to win with clients.The Market Leader works collaboratively within the market, including working with BMO partners and the broader community to build relationships and deliver the desired customer experience and attract new clients to Private Wealth. The Market Leader supports the organization’s growth objectives by enhancing market share, profitability and client loyalty in their respective market.The Market Leader will:Create excitement for sales management and goals to support market business growth and a core focus on the client.Maintain focus and be an advocate for the integrated offer and providing a wholistic client Development:Leads the development and implementation of the market business development plan to deliver on business and financial goals.Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.Builds and manages a network of referral sources, both internal and external, to grow BMO’s business and makes referrals to BMO partners as identified.Recruit and on-board talent into the organizationEnhances the Bank’s profile in the community by participating in business and community activities and creating opportunities to promote the offering.Meets with current and prospective or an equivalent combination of education and experience.University Degree with certification preferred (MBA, B COMM & CA, CMA or CGA).Completion of CSC and CIM/CFP/ETI modules or equivalent.Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course (“PDO”) and Leveraged Life LIP Course within 12 months of hireExpert knowledge and technical proficiency related to private wealth management strategies, issues and trends.Broad and diverse background of the financial service industry and strong knowledge of the investment, banking, and personal & commercial credit disciplines for the high net worth (HNW) markets.Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.Role Description: As a member of the BMO Digital Architecture, the Senior Solution Architect, primarilyLeads end-to-end technology solutions and high-level designs for key initiatives in collaboration with other architects and in alignment with bank’s target architecture and standards for a business domain like Deposits, Cards, Lending, Channels, etc. Drives technology strategy and roadmaps of business functional areas – deposits, cards, payments, operations, customer experience, analytics working with business and technology partners Establishes as a technology solution expert in one or more of the banking domains to advise Lead Technology Officers and their business leaders in solving business problems Requires Skillset:Solution architect, who works with other architects including enterprise architects, leads with all aspects solution architecture and design of multiple projects in alignment with the bank’s target architecture and standards Solution Architect with the following experience:Previous Development experience (Cloud, DevOps, Agile) Experience with services management (web services, REST, Web API, ESB, message-based) development, integration and deployment Enterprise-level Application Architecture Strong application security/infrastructure, & deployment exposureData placement and data integration backgroundAble to relate to end-to-end business processes into solutions with a goal of simplifying the business process and improving UX All aspects of solution function/data placement, end to end design & integration oversight, Multi-vendor integration design including infrastructure experience API design API Security, digital/mobile architecture experience AI, Insights, Automation experience Technical facilitator bringing various technology groups and vendors for solution design and execution to meet project timeline but keeping strategic focusMUST be able to document solution Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
