One role is for our ETF desk, focusing on front-office operations, and the other is for our Position Systems Team, which handles back-office functions.We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, provided they have at least one year of professional experience in a production environment. A strong foundation in Python is essential, as this is a key requirement for the role. While industry experience is not mandatory, candidates should be open to a maximum of a 12-month non-compete agreement.Compensation for the ETF Manager role is in the low $300,000 range, while the Position Systems role offers a more flexible salary up to approximately $400,000.
