Responsible for work queue and incoming order management, patient registration, insurance verification, and authorization processing. Conducts outbound calls to reduce scheduling backlog and improve patient access. Provides instructions to patients, gathers required documentation, and coordinates prior imaging retrieval. Handles patient inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates as needed.
