You will be responsible for serving customer desserts, slicing cured meats, and procuring fine cheeses. You will also be executing dinner service charcuterie boards and plated desserts. Bakery & Cheese Deli Associates are customer facing and need to bring a positive attitude to work each day. Associates are responsible for restocking grab-n-go items and display cases while ensuring all products are rotated by date. Associate must have a sense of time management and work well in a team setting.ResponsibilitiesClean food preparation areas such as equipment and work surfaces to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practicesEnsure freshness of products by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stockPrepare and assemble cheese and charcuterie boards for guest ordersAttain specialty product knowledge to best serve our customersRespond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalismMaintain a professional and clean appearance by wearing correct uniform attireQualificationsPrevious experience as a deli/foodservice worker preferredServeSafe or Food Handler's certification (or must be willing to attain)Effective communication skillsAbility to lift 30+ lbsAbility to work standing for 8+ hoursBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurancePaid Time OffEmployee discountsGrowth Opportunities
