We strive to provide a competitive benefits package and support systems for our employees.Caregiver Job Benefits:Competitive pay ranging from $13.00 - $16.00 per hour dependent on shift type401 KFlexible schedule to fit your lifestyleWeekly pay/direct depositMileage reimbursement for some clientsFree in-house training with Director of NursingSupportive and rewarding work environmentEmployee referral bonus programGrowing company with opportunity for developmentWe strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following:We offer flexible work schedulesAll shift opportunities availableAvailable 24/7 in the event of an emergencyResponsibilities:Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfersAccompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visitsAssisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingRequirements:High school diploma or GEDValid CPR certificate (in-person class)Negative TB skin test within the last 12 monthsMinimum 1-2 years experience as a caregiver or CNAValid driver's license and auto insurance with reliable vehicleAdhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityMust be eligible status on AHCA level 2 backgroundNegative drug screen and motor vehicle background screeningAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectivelyMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
