This technical task lead will facilitate Government and Contractor communications, apply industry-best standards and proven methodologies to track and document requirements and activities, and ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with program requirements. The Task Lead will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the team's performance and will assist the Government with financial and business processes in collaboration with the Program Management Team.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall management and oversight of all IT personnel and activitiesFacilitate seamless communication between Government and Contractor teamsTrack and document all requirements and activities using industry-best standards for continuous Government monitoring and evaluationEnsure the quality and efficiency of the team's performance in meeting all requirementsAssist the Government with financial and business processes related to the contract in conjunction with the Program Management TeamProactively alert the Government to potential issuesThis position requires full-time, onsite attendance Monday through Friday in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
