Job#: 3031559Job Description:Job Title: Enterprise Marketing Lead (Contract)Contract Length: 6 monthsPotential Conversion: Possible FTE conversion next yearWork Arrangement: Remote (EST hours required);Client: Medical / Healthcare EnterpriseRole OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Engagement Marketing contractor to support end-to-end execution of enterprise member engagement campaigns. This role is highly execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and rapid campaign delivery. The contractor will support one healthcare enterprise and work closely with the Engagement Marketing Lead to execute a personalized, data-driven 2026 engagement strategy.Key Responsibilities Independently craft, launch, and optimize marketing emails Own launch emails and ongoing lifecycle email campaigns Execute campaigns across email, text messaging, and direct mail pilots Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and execution details Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI, cost per visit) Apply learnings quickly; expected to ramp within ~2 weeks Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Client Success, and Marketing teams Support testing, measurement, and optimization frameworks No external vendor management responsibilities Top Must-Have QualificationsEmail marketing execution expertise – 4–5 years managing campaigns end to end (copywriting, segmentation, optimization); enterprise platforms preferred Bias for action & ownership – Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment Data-driven mindset – Strong analytical skills with experience turning insights into action Nice-to-Have Qualifications Multi-channel marketing experience (text, direct mail, integrated campaigns) Healthcare or enterprise B2B marketing background Creative problem-solving with strong attention to detail Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing or Communications a plus) Equivalent professional experience may substitute Healthcare experience is a plus Tools & PlatformsExperience with one of the following marketing automation and email tools required, including: Marketo Eloqua Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce integrations Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
