You will support the Shipping team by managing the end-to-end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery. Interested candidates, who meet the requirements below, are encouraged to apply today!You WillUnload and load trucks in an efficient manner using mechanical and manual meansVerify inventory and accuracy of shipping and receiving formsDeliver raw materials and finished goods using hand or forklift truck to proper departments, cells or other storage areasPick and palletize orders for shipment.Accurately record in a timely manner all assigned receiving, inventory control and general warehousing transactionsUse of current production and inventory control systems and softwareMust know how to use SAP system to be able to receive and ship orders. (Domestic and Export)Key QualificationsBe able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.Be able to work in a team environment.Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.Learn 5S Program & Tank Hazmat TrainingAbility to use forklift, order picker, reach truck, pallet wrapper, scales. Forklift operation-license preferred.Physical requirements: Medium work frequently and heavy work infrequently (moving 5-20lbs)Shift/Hours1st shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm Monday – FridayOccasional mandatory overtime requiredThis is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent within 90 daysCompensationThe hourly pay for this role is: $18.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training.
