Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Maintenance at our Middleburg, FL location. The Head of Maintenance will oversee the property's maintenance operations, including planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks, performing repairs, and implementing maintenance management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel facilities. They will also lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and timely issue resolution. Qualifications Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & RepairStrong skills in Maintenance Management and general Maintenance operationsDemonstrated experience in Team Management and staff leadershipAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical or mechanical issues efficientlyExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance in facilities management is an assetPrevious experience in a hospitality setting is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education is an advantage
