It's an opportunity to grow alongside a developing brand, work closely with senior creative leadership, and contribute to the creative systems that support the future of Attention Arc.WHAT YOU'LL DOThis is a foundational design role for someone excited to grow their craft in a fast-moving agency environment. You'll support presentation design, visual storytelling, and creative collateral across internal marketing, agency communications, and brand initiatives while learning directly from the Supervisor, Design.This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, visually thoughtful, curious about storytelling, and eager to build both technical and strategic design skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPresentation Design & Visual StorytellingApply established visual systems and templates across presentations and marketing assetsSupport the creation of executive-level presentations, internal communications, and agency storytelling materialsDesign visually compelling presentations by adapting new content to existing brand templatesTranslate complex information into clear, engaging, presentation-first storytellingPartner with cross-functional teams including Strategy & Stewardship, Activation, Research, Data & Analytics, and Growth to bring ideas to life visuallyBrand Stewardship & Creative ExecutionExecute brand standards consistently across internal and external materialsSupport the development of marketing assets including social content, internal communications, branded visuals, and agency materialsMaintain and organize design resources shared across the company (libraries, templates, asset folders)Ensure all deliverables reflect a high standard of craft, polish, and attention to detail Workflow & CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Supervisor, Design to execute against established systems and design directionCommunicate proactively about project status, feedback, or roadblocksManage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentContribute ideas, creative thinking, and curiosity to team discussions and brainstormsLearn and grow through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on collaboration WHAT YOU'LL BRINGExperience & Technical ExpertiseRecent graduate or 0 to 1 year of professional design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, typography, layout, and attention to detail, and creative thinkingProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly IllustratorFamiliarity with or willingness to learn chart and graph design/branding within Microsoft Excel and occasionally Google SheetsComfort working in collaborative presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Workspace, Keynote or Figma)Experience working within brand guidelines and design systemsExposure to Figma or similar collaborative design platforms is a plusAgency internship or agency experience is helpful but not required CapabilitiesStrong visual communication and storytelling instinctsCuriosity and willingness to experiment, learn, and improveHighly organized with strong time management skillsCoachable mindset with openness to feedback and collaborationComfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlinesClear communicator who asks thoughtful questions and collaborates effectivelyStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment WHO YOU AREAt Attention Arc, how you work is just as important as what you deliver. Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to the role.We're committed to rewarding our people fairly and supporting their growth with intention.
