You’ll drive cross-functional alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure our teams deliver with speed, quality, and predictability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a Kanban-based delivery model, excels at cross-team coordination, and is passionate about enabling engineering teams to do their best work.Core Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assignedPartner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into executable delivery plansOwn the Kanban flow—monitor WIP, cycle time, and throughput to ensure smooth deliveryFacilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retros, planning) with Engineering LeadsEnsure alignment between requirements, development outputs, and test coverageManage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external teamsUnblock work and escalate risks to maintain delivery momentumMaintain delivery dashboards and provide proactive updates to stakeholdersAnalyze delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvementChampion best practices in agile execution, risk management, and team collaborationRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience4+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership in a software/SaaS environmentStrong understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and delivery dashboardsFamiliarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and system integrationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in regulated industries (e.g., Cannabis, FinTech, Healthcare)Certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or PMPExperience supporting platform teams or multi-tenant implementationsUnderstanding of DevOps practices and release managementSuccess in This Role Looks LikePredictable, high-quality delivery of product initiativesClear visibility into delivery health and risksStrong alignment between Product, Engineering, and BusinessContinuous improvement in team flow and execution efficiencyPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTIn-office and remote positionFrequently required to sitFrequently required to talk or hearContinually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard and mouse.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
