Currently, we're looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team of engineers.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of data driven analytic features—from prototyping and experimentation to production deployment and customer delivery\nDesign, build, and evolve our security analytics platform to enable scalable data ingestion and post ingestion processing\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions\nDiagnose, triage, and resolve production issues quickly, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement of deployed systems\nThe following skills and experience are key to succeeding in this role:\nStrong background in data analytics, data science, and/or data warehousing\nDeep expertise in SQL, including performance optimization and complex query design.\nProficiency in PHP or similar language for data processing\nExperience working in a test-driven environment and writing unit and integration tests\nProven ability in technical troubleshooting\nCapable of working independently as well as collaboratively with teams across different time zones\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with vulnerability scanning technologies on any part of the tech stack (e.g., SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, VM Scanning, Container, etc.)\nExperience with column store databases and columnar data, especially using SingleStore/MEMSQL\nExperience integrating AI/LLM-driven features with data platform\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a professional setting.\nExperience maintaining applications on Linux platforms in cloud environments.\nExperience with modern versions of PHP, and the Zend and Laminas Frameworks\nExperience with modern versions of React, Vite and Tanstack libraries\nImprove key components of the application to enable data scalability.\n\nWhy You Should Be Excited\nNucleus is a truly unique solution that’s defining a market AND making an actual impact.\nWe’re biased, but you will get to work with one of the best teams in security.
