You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, philosophy, and standards of our effective rehabilitation program. This role is crucial in ensuring program compliance while supporting our beneficiaries' recovery journey.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nProgram Management\r\nEnforce house rules and maintain overall center security\r\nConduct new beneficiary orientations including facility tours\r\nLead weekly house meetings\r\nSupervise medication calls and ensure proper documentation\r\nRespond to beneficiary inquiries and emergencies\r\nComplete incident reports and Safe From Harm documentation\r\nConduct regular bed checks\r\nBeneficiary Support Implement and coordinate leisure time activities\r\nProvide safe transportation when needed\r\nAssist in resolving beneficiary problems\r\nTrain and supervise work therapy assignments\r\nAssess and refer spiritual needs to Chaplain/Administrator\r\nAdminister drug and alcohol screening tests as required\r\nAdministrative Duties Maintain daily reports and electronic data entries\r\nDocument program violations and incidents\r\nParticipate in professional development training\r\nSupport center policies and procedures\r\nMonitor and ensure program compliance\r\nWhy Join Us Mission-driven work that supports programs in your community\r\nOn-the-job training\r\nTeam-oriented environment\r\nEmployee Discount, Employee Assistance Program, and more!\r\nRequired\r\nEducation & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent\r\nPrevious managerial experience preferred\r\nValid Driver's License with ability to qualify for Salvation Army insurance\r\nSkills & Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\r\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\r\nAbility to interpret technical instructions\r\nBasic mathematical and reporting abilities\r\nStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills\r\nPhysical Requirements Manual dexterity for computer work\r\nAbility to lift/move up to 20 pounds\r\nClear speaking, hearing, and vision abilities\r\nWork Environment Residential institutional setting\r\nQuiet to moderate noise level\r\nSome warehouse/store exposure\r\nThe Salvation Army is an equal opportunity employer.
