Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practice-driven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, graphics savvy, and has strong written and oral communication skills.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentationsSupport proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documentsMaintenance and management of marketing information and systems, including, but not limited to:Collateral and templatesMarketing content (i.e. project descriptions, resumes, and text library)CRM database – data gathering and inputDigital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other collateral materialsConduct marketing research and lead searchingAssist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media effortsSupport development and submission of awards entriesSupport and partake in networking and business development effortsRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracyStrong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teamsStrong oral, written, and graphic communication skillsKnowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)Salary Range Amount$68,000 - $83,000Quinn Evans is an equal opportunity employer, offering employment to qualified individuals regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation/gender status, Veteran's status, and disability.
