Maintaining confidentiality is essential.\r\nAdditional Information:\r\nApplications without a resume will not be considered\r\nHiring for Fall 2026 semester, starting in April to learn role and responsibilities.\r\nResponsibilitiesYou will gain experience in:\r\nProfessional Communication & Customer Service\r\nGreeting guests and answering phone calls professionally\r\nGuiding student employees on accurate timekeeping procedures\r\nHR Knowledge & Operations\r\nSupporting HR staff with daily projects and operational needs\r\nAssisting in the creation of training materials, ie. manuals, videos, folders\r\nUpdating and maintaining HR department website content\r\nConfidentiality & Compliance\r\nHandling documents securely, including filing and shredding\r\nCopying, organizing, and preparing personnel files\r\nTechnical & Administrative Skills\r\nCompleting data entry and document preparation\r\nPrioritizing assignments and managing time effectively\r\nTeamwork & Culture\r\nHelping coordinate HR events such as holiday meals and office decorating\r\nContributing to a positive workplace culture through teamwork and adaptability\r\nQualificationsProfessionalism\r\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee and student data\r\nNeat, professional appearance appropriate for an office setting\r\nFriendly and professional demeanor when assisting guests, staff, and peers\r\nReliability & Work Ethic\r\nDependable and punctual; able to work assigned shifts consistently and meet deadlines\r\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision\r\nCommunication & Organization\r\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail\r\nClear written and verbal communication skills\r\nFamiliarity with standard English grammar, spelling, and punctuation\r\nTechnical Skills\r\nProficient typing and general computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, web navigation)\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\nAbility to sit for extended periods\r\nOccasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs\r\nRequired SkillsResume\r\nAbout UsStudent worker positions provide valuable on-campus employment opportunities that support departments while helping students develop professional skills.
