Perform scheduled data center maintenance activities.\n* Execute rack-and-stack operations, including network hardware installation, removal, and replacement.\n* Troubleshoot network equipment, server hardware, and connectivity issues.\n* Perform cable management, patching, labeling, and connectivity verification.\n* Follow established MOP, SOP, and EOP procedures, along with client safety and security requirements.\n* Coordinate with remote engineering teams and NOC personnel, providing regular onsite updates.\n* Complete work orders, checklists, photographs, and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.\n\n*Required Skills*\n\n* 3–6+ years of experience in network engineering, data center operations, Smart Hands, or IT field support.\n* Hands-on experience with network switches, servers, racks, and cabling.\n* Basic networking knowledge and hardware troubleshooting skills.\n* Familiarity with MOP, SOP, and EOP procedures.\n* Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.\n* Ability to work independently at client sites.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Previous network engineering, data center, or Smart Hands experience preferred.\n* Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts when required.\n* Must have reliable transportation.\n* Ability to pass client background checks and meet security requirements.\n* Relevant networking or IT certifications are a plus.\n\n*Engagement Type*\n\n* Contract-based, onsite technical support.\n* Assignments may vary based on project requirements and scheduled maintenance activities.\n* Candidates must be
