Reporting to the Head of Product – Real Assets, this role will be responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving product features that support complex private credit operations at global scale.The Product Manager will work closely with Technology, Operations, Client Services, and Commercial teams to translate market and client needs into clear product requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. This role spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and optimization.Your ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & RoadmapContribute to the definition and execution of the Real Assets product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business prioritiesDevelop a deep understanding of Real Assets fund structures, loan lifecycle management, accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirementsTranslate business objectives and client needs into clear product initiatives and success metricsCoordinate the roadmaps and prioritization amongst several strategic proprietary solutions within the Real Assets businessProduct Discovery & RequirementsPartner with internal stakeholders and clients to identify problems, opportunities, and improvement areasLead requirements definition including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specificationsBalance client driven demand with scalable, standardised platform capabilitiesProduct Delivery & ExecutionWork closely with Engineering and Architecture teams in an Agile delivery environmentOwn backlog prioritisation for assigned product areas, ensuring value based deliveryParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure quality and timely deliverySupport UAT, release planning, and post release adoptionStakeholder & Market EngagementAct as a key point of contact between Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teamsCommunicate roadmap progress, dependencies, and trade-offs to senior stakeholdersSupport sales and client engagements by providing product expertise, demos, and roadmap contextSupport various proprietary solution leaders in managing their respective roadmaps in concert with that of the overall Private Credit business’Product Performance & Continuous ImprovementDefine and track KPIs and product performance metricsUse client feedback, operational data, and market trends to drive continuous improvementStay current on Real Assets market developments, regulatory change, and competitive landscapeYour profileEssential5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis, ideally within financial services or fintechStrong understanding of Real Assets or related alternative investment productsExperience delivering complex enterprise software solutionsProven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable product requirementsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience working in Agile / Scrum delivery modelsDesirableExperience with fund administration platforms, loan servicing systems, or accounting enginesExposure to regulatory and reporting requirements within private marketsPrior experience in a global, matrixed organizationBackground working closely with distributed product and engineering teamsWhat We OfferWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.Our industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning.Our Global Benefits Also IncludeSupport for professional accreditations Flexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday!Continuous mentoring along your career progression Active sports, events and social committees across our offices 24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program The opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan Plus additional local benefits depending on your location Salary range: The base salary range for this role ranges from $87,500 to $130,000.Equity In Every Sense Of The WordWe are in the business of equity, in every sense of the word.
