You'll be responsible for leading large-scale projects that enhance our product and infrastructure, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery while managing stakeholder relationships across the organization.What You Will DoWork closely with the R&D leadership (incl. Head of Engineering, Head of Security, Product Management, etc.) to ensure projects are executed effectively and meet deadlinesDrive new products and features through the development process, serving as a central source of truth for the who, why, what, when, and how of projects you manageDevelop the requirements to deliver projects successfully by working backwards from target outcomesBe a driving force in the organization of customer requests and issues, and collaborate with team leads to balance them against larger product initiativesManage the lifecycle of Engineering tasks and projects, and collaborate cross functionally with stakeholders across the whole companyContribute to the maturation of internal tooling and processes that accelerate our teams and simplify delivery executionThe Ideal Candidate Will Have2+ years experience driving technical projects in professional settings, with technical program management experience being a plusAbility to balance multiple concurrent projects in an a fast-paced and frequently evolving environmentLeadership experience that exemplifies curiosity, compassion, and empathyAbility to engage in technical discussion and invest in learning technical conceptsComputer Science background or other technical / quantitative orientationPrior startup experience is a plusCompensationThe cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $145,000.Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications.
