This role will deliver exceptional standards of service, ensuring that all of our equipment and systems are functioning at peak performance and secured against any malicious intent. This requires complex problem-solving partnered with persistent learning and teaching. If you're excited by the dynamic challenges of configuring equipment, managing facilities, and keeping Smarty running smoothly, we want to hear from you.\n\nThis is an onsite, non-remote opening in Orem, UT.\n\nWhat you'll do\nProvide Smarty team members with general troubleshooting services, problem solving, and training\nResearch, procure, manage, configure, and support employee equipment, including laptops, phones, monitors, peripherals, printers, desks, chairs, etc.\nProcure and allocate software licenses and subscriptions\nTrack, manage, and disperse company assets\nConfigure and update network equipment, including routers, switches, cables, wireless access points, and firmware\nConfigure and manage the Smarty phone system\nEnsure that Smarty assets are safe and secure, performing regular audits while installing and managing physical devices\nDevelop protocols and assist with creating policies and procedures to meet the needs of an evolving business landscape\nManage Smarty facilities to maintain performance standards, including HVAC, elevator, furniture, installations, etc.\nComplete special projects, from remodels and rebuilds to workstation optimization\nEngage primarily in face-to-face and in-person coordination of work with other team members to align IT-specific activities with organizational objectives\n\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nExperience delivering technical customer service preferred\nWillingness to learn and help others\nStrong communication skills necessary to work with all levels of Smarty\nDetail-oriented and meticulous in problem solving\nExperience working with Linux Shell scripting\nAware of System and Organization Controls Reporting (SOC2)\n\nWhat We’ll Do for You\nBenefits & Perks\nCompensation range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000; compensation grows with experience and role level\n100% paid health, dental, and basic life insurance premiums (including family coverage)\nLong-term disability insurance\nGenerous PTO that increases with tenure\n401(k) with company matching\nOngoing training and professional development\nAdjustable standing desk and modern tools\nDrinks, snacks, team lunches, and activities\nIn-office chiropractic services\nCompany retreats and trips to genuinely fun places\n\nTo apply:\nSounds too good to be true?
