This position does not support teleworking. Expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 with every other Friday off.\n\nKey Activities\n\nExperience or knowledge with electronic analyses such as WCA, parts stress analysis.\n\nExperience or knowledge with full avionics product life cycle.\n\nKnowledge of the definition, interpretation, and implementation of design requirements, coordination and execution of hardware designs, development and integration of hardware for both custom and procured electronic assemblies.\n\nSupport Manufacturing, Production, and Test activities.\n\nActively monitor hardware from start of production build through Acceptance Test Program/Qualification Test program activities.\n\nSupport component/box level test anomalies and troubleshooting activities by interfacing with appropriate stakeholders.\n\nGenerate and review technical packages such as Engineering Change (ERB/CCB), Failure Review Board (FRB), Product Certification, Technical Interchange packages.\n\nParticipate in engineering reviews including Change Review Board, Engineering Review Board, Quality Review Board, Material Review Board, Failure Review Boards, Design reviews, etc.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nExperience or coursework in designing and troubleshooting electronic hardware.\n\n1+ years of professional experience.\n\nWilling and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; must be a US Citizen.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\n\nExperience with electronics through the product lifecycle.\n\nWilling and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; must be a US Citizen.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nExperience or knowledge with eWCA and/or parts stress analysis.\n\nExperience or knowledge with root cause and correction activities as identified in production.\n\nExperience or knowledge with designing electronics components to meet avionics qualification testing (vibe, shock, EMI/EMC, etc.).\n\nExperience or knowledge with serial bus communication protocols such as RS-422 or RS-485.\n\nCREO, SolidWorks and/or similar CAD data modeling experience.\n\nExposure to DFx Principles.\n\nAbility to communicate issues and additional resource needs to leadership.\n\nExperience or knowledge performing tolerance stack ups.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint).\n\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a DoD Secret clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.\n\nPay Rate\nThe annual base salary range for this position in selected states is $70,100 - $123,625. For other states the range may differ.
