This position serves as the primary coordinator for assigned program objectives, ensuring timely implementation of technical assistance activities, participant engagement, performance monitoring, and achievement of project outcomes.\r\nThe Program Manager works collaboratively with Technical Assistance (TA) Delivery Partners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Program Assistants, and the Performance Manager to support health centers participating in NTAP activities. This position facilitates action period support, monitors participant progress, tracks performance measures, and helps ensure that all activities align with Operational Excellence priorities, federal cooperative agreement requirements, and program performance domains.\r\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\r\nThe following duties are normal for this position. Other duties may be required and assigned.\r\nDirect Program Management\r\nProvide methodical, adaptable, and effective project management support to assigned objectives to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Responsibilities may include:\r\nCoordinating with diverse stakeholders to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.\r\nApplying detail-oriented and adaptable project management methodologies to ensure effective execution across all phases of the objective lifecycle.\r\nMonitoring progress against goals, proactively identifying risks, and coordinating with the teams to implement mitigation strategies.\r\nManaging diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, collaboration, and satisfaction across all objective lifecycle phases.\r\nEnsuring documentation, reporting, and governance standards are met.\r\nDriving alignment between project or operational objectives and organizational strategy.\r\nLeading post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.\r\nAdapt project management approaches to meet the needs of the objective and to align with and satisfy stakeholders.\r\nSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS\r\nStrong project and program management skills.\r\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\r\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.\r\nExperience tracking performance measures, outcomes, and participant engagement.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Excel, and virtual meeting platforms.\r\nAbility to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a remote and collaborative environment.\r\nKnowledge of federally funded programs and technical assistance delivery models preferred.\r\nUnderstanding of community health center operations, primary care associations, health center-controlled networks, or healthcare improvement initiatives preferred.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nTraining in project management and/or process improvement methodologies preferred, such as Agile or hybrid project management, Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC, etc.\r\n3-5 years of experience managing programs or projects, preferably in healthcare, technical assistance, or an industry association\r\nExperience achieving objectives through close collaboration with subject matter experts, internal and external stakeholders, organizational leaders, and peers\r\nExperience planning and tracking work using project management software, such as Asana\r\nExcellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders effectively; instruct, influence, and motivate peers and leaders; resolve conflict; and navigate complex dynamics\r\nExperience planning and facilitating meetings and group work in a highly collaborative, interdependent environment\r\nExcellent administrative skills and attention to detail required to manage work simultaneously on a variety of programs with varying deadlines and program responsibilities\r\nExcellent oral & written communication skills;
