The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and optimal performance of our software systems.\n\n*Key Skills: *Organized, Submit Requests, Organized, OCP and IIS background, PING, Networking, F5, SSO, Authentication, Development, Troubleshooting, Logging\n\n*Job Responsibilities:*\n\n* Lead and manage a team of performance testers to ensure successful delivery of performance testing projects.\n* Develop and execute performance test strategies, plans, and test cases for software applications or systems.\n* Define performance testing requirements and objectives based on system specifications and user needs.\n* Design and configure test environments to simulate realistic user loads and scenarios.\n* Coordinate with development and operations teams to understand system architecture and performance requirements.\n* Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance testing scope, timelines, and deliverables.\n* Execute performance tests using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.\n* Monitor and analyze system performance during test execution, identifying bottlenecks, and performance issues.\n* Generate performance test reports and provide recommendations for performance improvements.\n* Mentor and provide guidance to performance testers, ensuring their professional growth and development.\n* Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in performance testing.\n* Continuously improve performance testing processes, methodologies, and tools.\n\n*Required Qualifications*\n\n* Proven experience in performance testing, load testing, or related roles.\n* Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.\n* Experience leading and managing a team of performance testers.\n* Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.\n* Knowledge of scripting languages like Java, Python, or C# for test script development.\n* Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.\n* Understanding of web technologies, protocols, and architectures (HTTP, REST, SOAP, etc.).\n* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot performance issues.\n* Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide the team and collaborate with stakeholders.\n* Certifications in performance testing or related areas (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) are a plus.\n\n*Performance Testing Skills: (REQUIRED)*\n\n* Load testing\n* Stress testing\n* Spike testing\n* Endurance testing\n* Volume testing\n* Understand Latency\n* Understand Throughput\n* Best Practices for Reporting measurements\n* Web UI performance testing\n* API performance testing\n* Performance testing Profiling\n\n*Performance Tools:*\n\n* JMeter (preferred)\n* LoadRunner\n* Neo Load\n* Any other performance testing tool….\n\n*Programming Languages:*\n\n* Java (Preferred)\n* C#\n* Groovy\n* Others are fine for basic coding.\n\n*Additional Skills:*\n\n* Dynatrace (Required)\n* Log Scale\n* Regular Expression Evaluation\n* Jira\n\nJob Type: Contract\n\nPay: $69,689.03 - $121,530.91 per year\n\nSchedule:\n* Monday to Friday\n\nApplication Question(s):\n* Work on W2 Role?
