Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring a full-time Business Office Manager to oversee billing, collections, Medicaid processing, and financial operations within our skilled nursing facility. We're looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with residents and families regarding financial matters.Responsibilities:Manage billing, collections, and private pay accountsAssist residents and families with financial obligationsProcess Medicaid applications and supporting documentationMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balancesExecute admissions agreementsCoordinate insurance authorizations and appealsMaintain accurate and compliant financial and resident recordsQualifications:Experience in billing, collections, or business office operations preferredLong-term care or healthcare experience a plusKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work independentlyCompensation & Benefits:$18-$20/hourFull-time opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offGrowth potential within a stable healthcare organizationApply today to join the team at Twin Lakes Extended Care.
