Remote Director, Transformation Operations

Job DescriptionThis role is responsible to lead an enterprise-wide Transformation effort designed to deliver on high-priority strategic objectives and enterprise goals.The role entails leading a small, high-performing team—sitting within Enterprise Strategy and Performance Execution division—focused on enabling a substantial portfolio of initiatives, prioritized by top leadership and spanning enterprise value levers. The leader will have an exceptional opportunity to drive impact at the enterprise level, engage with enterprise leaders on the day-to-day, and grow in executive-level skills including problem-solving and communication.Specifically, the role is responsible for leading Transformation Operations with performance support and governance across the enterprise-wide portfolio. This includes leading day-to-day operations spanning Transformation Workstreams including infrastructure and operations supporting initiative development and execution, facilitation between Transformation Office and Workstreams, triaging priorities, training and education, issue resolution, and functioning as strategic partner to drive business value. What You’ll Do:Facilitate and coordinate with Transformation stakeholders across the organization to optimize relationships and ensure understanding of strategy, planning and sequencing components, and performance monitoring components and resultsOversee the Transformation planning process and organizational reviews, communicating results to top management, and developing strategies based on organizational reviewsOversee and coordinate Transformation planning and resource needs (e.g., prioritization and sequencing people/shared resources, investments/funding, and/or acquisition of key assets/capabilities) to support enterprise goals.Ensure Transformation program portfolio composition and sequencing to accurately reflect and enable enterprise strategyCollaborate with internal teams and other key partners to develop and manage the investment portfolio, including sizing and prioritizing of investments to enable effective execution of the strategic plan and delivering on stated goals What You’ll Give:Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience with strategic planning, annual planning, and/or performance tracking.If no degree, a minimum of 12 years of experience as listed above.
