This role translates upstream documentation and product specifications into complete manufacturing records that enable Production and Prototype to successfully execute customer orders. The role works closely with Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure that product configurations are accurate, manufacturing-ready, and aligned with engineering intent while maintaining data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCreate and maintain Engineering Masters within the ERP system\nGenerate new part numbers in accordance with company standards\nBuild complete product structures using engineering documentation\nMaintain engineering master data accuracy throughout product lifecycle\nEnsure all required manufacturing information is complete prior to release\nValidate BOM accuracy against engineering specifications\nProcess Engineering Chase Notice (ECNs) and implement revisions\nMaintain revision control\nTranslate engineering requirements into RTP manufacturing data\nIdentify discrepancies and work with Engineering to resolve them prior to release\nCoordinate with Planning to ensure Engineering Masters support production scheduling\n\nOther Important Responsibilities:\n\nMaintain ERP master data accuracy\nDevelop documentation and standard work instructions\nAudit Engineering Masters and BOMs\nEnsure compliance with company data standards\nSupport ERP improvements\nRecommend process improvements and participate in Lean initiatives\nPerform other tasks assigned\n\nSkillsQualifications:\n\nAssociate's degree (bachelor's degree preferred)\n2-4 years of experience in a technical writing or manufacturing support role\nExperience creating Bills of Materials and routings\nExperience working with ERP systems\nExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nFamiliarity with Workflow software is a plus\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nDetail-oriented with a willingness to learn and self-review work\nAbility to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively\n\nAbout CompoSecure CompoSecure, a GPGI business (NYSE: GPGI), is the leading manufacturer of Premium Metal Payment Cards and also offers best-in-class Authentication and Digital Asset solutions.
